Marcel·lí Bayer is an extraordinary saxophonist who has just released, a month ago, his latest album Les narrations, with his quartet: with pianist Marco Mezquida, bassist Martin Leiton and drummer Ramon Prats. On May 25, the Jamboree will be playing with Andrea Motis & Joan Chamorro Group.
Motis Chamorro Big Band
We have already written about this powerful Big Band, which was presented for the first time at the closing of the 45th International Jazz Festival of Barcelona and has played in some important catalan venues as Sant Cugat’s Auditori, Vic’s Atlàntida and Manresa’s Kursaal. This August they will present their first album in Peralada.
You can imagine, then, how it will sound, on May 27, between the walls of magical Jamboree!
